Rooted in Basque cooking and shaped by an international clientele, M.B presents two signature tasting journeys —The Great Classics and The Great Tasting Menu — each a carefully curated collection of chef’s selections that highlight a distinctive expression of Spanish cuisine. “We start with flavors that people are more familiar with,” Gorostiza explains, “and give them a twist by changing textures, temperatures, or flavors.” The result is a dining experience that is flavorful, expressive, powerful, and undeniably fun.
